Did the pot run this morning. Hard waking up at 4:20 for three crays, of which I don't eat any how, but nice on the water before work.
Seabreeze in on the sound now

Short and sweet.
Out at 7am from perron in a very light SE , pulled manky pots to rebait , I bought two home mades , never again they seem to want to induse every marine creature to co habit the pot , I bought a proper steel based , commerial type pot later and it it seems clean after a couple of weeks.
No crays cause no bait of course , out to some 35m ground , pulled a 65cm dhu first drop , our first ever fin fish from the new to us 495 haines profish so off to a good start!
Then headed in on 10am seabreeze, saw some really quite big tuna feeding , plenty of birds in 2 or 3 groups in the the 30,s , trolled for 10 minutes but only had some bigger lures on board.
Then off around back of garden for a few quick squid and we were done.
So craying , dhue bashing , tuna trolling and squidn , in by 12 , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, better than working.
