making your own jigg heads

  Hi all what i am looking for is information on what jig heads size we all use for fishing between (30/80m)  ???

 

  question 2 is where can i bye the molds to make my own ,i had a site and didnt save it ,and i carnt find it again

 

  all so a site where i can find the molds to make the (flick bait i think) tails to fit the same jig heads ,i have the 130mm but i would like the 150/180mm tails ??

 

  any info would be a great help

On a good day drift wise (under 1 knot) I have been using 2oz-3oz jig heads in 50m and if the drifts picks up a 4oz. If I can't get that to the bottom I don't bother to use plastics.

I got my grapnell sinker moulds from these guy's, easy to deal with and he checked in with me to make sure i got my order.

Jeff , check out my thread on grapnel sinkers. After advice from another member i bought a Lee Lead furnace pictured further down the thread.

It has made it a lot quicker , easier and safer. Best thing i got for making sinkers.

I,m making some right now. lol
