Mandurah Accommodation with Jetty Tips

Has anyone got a tip on waterfront stay in Mandurah with a private jetty to take the family away for a few days? Somewhere around Halls Head where the kids can scoot to the IGA would be ideal and not really interested in staying on the Murray/Serpi.

Try "C Mandurah Resort &
Try "C Mandurah Resort & Serviced Apartments". They use to be called Quest Appartments, in Halls Head just as you go over the bridge. IGA & bottle shop is next door. Skate park next to the bridge for the kids and the resort has a great pool & spa. They do have pens but make sure you let them know when booking so they can allocate a pen to you. We have yung kids and stay there a couple times a year, its a great spot.

Wicked, thanks mate, I was looking at those and they look fairly well priced and good access point to the estuary or the ocean.
Edit: Damn... no good for the dates I was after but got in next door at Apollo Apartments

The resort is a mix of
The resort is a mix of privately owned and time share/resort appartments. Some of the privately owned ones come up on the Stays Accommodation website. I suspect it cuts out the management fee that the resort would be charging the private owners. Worth a look to see if they have availability for the dates you need.

I've stayed at air bnb's /
I've stayed at air bnb's / Stayz around Port Bouvard a few times and find the waterfront accomodation quite a reasonable price for what you get (own jetty etc). Not near the IGA though. PM me if you want more specific details of the houses I've rented previuously.

We have stayed in this
We have stayed in this place https://www.stayz.com.au/holiday-rental/p9187181 which is quite good. Has a gated entrance and you can park you trailer on the inside for security. Put a 6.7m boat on the jetty and can easily scoot / ride to the IGA and into town. I found that if i went directly to the management website instead of stayz / airbnb the price was cheaper. https://www.mandurahholidayrentals.com.au/ Cheers
