never tried it
i never tried tasting it yet diehard, but i could imagine the grey band will taste good as most cods,i caught a 40 kg estuary cod in kalbarri over ten years ago,and it was a nice fish to eat,but i shared the estuary cod with friends and family and they enjoyed it.i will have to find some of the photos and post them up,when i find them

How deep were you Joe?
Would have been a reasonable day to get out wide.
Cheers

Good one Joe
You are getting around mate. One day catching tailor at Fkatrock, the next you are out wide catching Greyband. Not a bad lifestyle.
