My new Sealine

hey people,

 

i have recently bought a Daiwa Sealine SL50SHK and so far i am ABSOLUTELY STOKED with it!

I cannot wait another 2 weeks until i can use it :D let me practise in the park first.

one problem... can anybody give me a few tips on how to put the line neatly on or is there a machine which does it?

if u take it to a tackle shop they have machines that do it for u.

the other way to do it is just wind it on by hand but it needs to be levelish. its not that hard but it can become a long process its not on straight.

best to get someone that does it day in day out to do it for you, should have got the mob you bought it off to do it for you, even if you buy it online a quick email asking them to spool it for you and they say no worries.. bit difficult if you bought the line lateron though.. anyway, congrats on the new purchase always exciting to get a new bit of kit in the collection.

Yes were i bought it the didnt have that machine and also i wasnt going to put the line on incase customs had to get cranky and not allow my reel through!

i recomend dont do over head cast first so much harder u get birdsnest alot wen u go down to the park do a long cast then pull some more line out then get some duck tape and put it over line wen u do this u wen u get a birdsnest it doesnt have to be the whole spool!!!! good luck
