I was at north mole when people said there were salmon. didnt catch any, nor did many other people but i know some people have caught them there, matter of luck to be honest and where you are casting, north mole is pretty massive
Dont bother with the mole, over crowded smells like arse and you will probs have to wait all day for 15mins of action. If you can get hold of a tinnie or a kayak head to woodies and cruise up and down there or just fish off the groyne more of a chance with out most of the negatives that north mole has.
Use google earth, social media, fishwrecked, and think like a fish.haha bays, reefy areas, gutters, tidal areas groynes where people say they are catching what they are catching with what times they are catching, do a little research and make a judgement its much more fun saying you hatched a plan and it worked for ya rather than some one saying go here throw this and you will catch one plenty of land based options that will produce.
