Not fishing but fun

I recently spent 5 days with two mates prospecting north of Sandstone. We didnt find much gold but we had a ball. The temps were about 26 in the day and 18 at night. It was amazing to sleep under the stars and watch the satellites passing over.Late one afternoon on the way back to camp we saw a mob of goats.I jumped out of the car, grabbed the rifle,6 rounds and the GPS.The goats were off and so was I. I chased the buggers for about a k before I found cover and a decent range.I picked the smallest and dropped it with a chest shot. By now its getting dark so I unloaded the rifle and used the GPS get back to camp with the goat. The next night we created a really good goat pasta dish.
Most importantly, the ice box held ice for 5 days; COLD BEER!Icant wait to get back there. cheers Pete.

I heard of a guy who takes

I heard of a guy who takes an old bobcat along with him, he takes off the top 200mm of ground away for about 200m and then goes over that, that way he is going 200mm deeper than anyone else. He does very well this way too.

Cheers
Dale
