This is what happens when you can't be bothered/forget to strap your boat down to the trailer correctly and it is pretty obvious that the safety chan wasnt attached either.
It is Sad to see a boat in this situation But all this destruction was easily preventable.
Very interesting to see if insurance will pay out based on those photo's, expensive lesson and could may well injured an innocent party turning that into a life changing event.
Sixty seconds with a ratchet strap over the rear of their tub would have saved a hell of a lot of grief. Maybe this was Gods way of telling them they were not supposed to be on the water today.

Recon his retrieval rope / latch let go on the corner after bouncing on the kerb maybe, once of its rolled onto it side.
Always have my launching rope tied off to the trailer as an additional safety, plus now using rear strap.

My wife understands why I clean my rods n reels in the shower....
