Quobba blowholes

Hi guys and girls, I was wondering about tides to visit the Quobba blowholes, I’m assuming the best time would be on a rising tide?, also is there any safe place to fish around this area to fish with young kids? , I have seen on the net that to the south there is some beach areas, I know there is a protected area around the “Quobba aquarium” but can I fish further south?

Yes you can fish down the south end of the bay
Roughly half way to black rock you can catch Mulloway, Spangled Emperor and other fish depending on the time of year. Live bait is handy if you can get any, though small sharks can be around in numbers too.

Black Rock
Follow the track down passed the shacks and look for the bunch of rocks on the waters edge just past the sanctuary zone
