Replacement Ignition Keys
Submitted by Work to Fish on Wed, 2015-12-30 14:21
Hi All,
Need help purchasing replacement key for my late model Johnson outbaord (electric start) - snapped the only key I had.
I have worked out that I need series 77 and key # 67, but the only person I can find online that sells replacement keys is in the US (via Ebay) and they do not deliver to Australia.
If I can't get a replacement key, I guess I will need to buy a new ignition/key set and have it installed (more expensive option).
Any suggestions???
Cheers

you can use a US forwarding
you can use a US forwarding postal service, they provide a US address that you use and they then re-ship to you.
not that complex, obviously they charge a fee which varies, I have used in the past to get Cat parts ex USA (sneaky huh!)
there is a lot of them - link below to one as an example

Australia post
Have launched a new parcel forwarding service for online buyers who need a US address! Not so Taboo anymore. Good luck with you key... I only have one key for my Etec 130hp and I cannot even read the number printed on it anymore :)
