scotty rod holders ?

Looking to add a few adjustable rod mounts to my kayak .. has anyone used the scotty brand ? Are they strong enough for pe 3 use without collapsing ?

I now have the Ram rod holders on mu yak bit more $$$$ but are very swift. Cheers Jesse
