Summer Panoramas

I just thought that I would throw up a few photos I have taken from up here in Hedland from the last few weeks and also a couple from Wapole during the summer break.

Enjoy,

Fed by the Walpole, Deep and Franklin rivers.  Heaven on earth! The queenie in my avatar was caught less than 15 minutes from that rivermouth.

The camera is a 7D with the 17-55 f/2.8 lens.

Sarcasm- I rekon we pulled a Queenie off the same lump that you got yours off just around the corner, on the inside the island.

Jutt, the bay is the mouth of the Wapole/Nornalup system. The whole place is amazing.

Mark, the camera

Mark,

The  camera is the 7D. The lens is a Canon 17-55 f2.8. Its 'L' series quality but is designed for EFS cameras and has 3 stops of IS too. I am so happy with it. I have a wedding to shoot soon and that will certainly be on the camera most of the time. I have used it for alot of video and the image quality is remarkable.
