TC Bianca - storm surge and North-Westerly waves at Cottesloe
Submitted by Hobie-Wan on Mon, 2011-01-31 10:43
I took these pictures at about 4:00-5:00 yesterday (Sunday 30th Jan). It shows the NW waves and storm surge swallowing up Cottesloe beach. Speccy stuff, and not usually seen during summer.

what really pissses me off is the people in the surf taking chances, I read that over 171 people had to be rescued off our beachs on Sunday, !!!

Thats like a whole years worth of rescues in one hit, cause fools can't under stand the sea is not safe in storm conditions
