Shonky, i have rebuilt mine
Shonky, i have rebuilt mine with new o rings, cocked it up first time (pinched the orings..) but easy to rebuild, takes a few hours from taking them off to back on rebuilt.
I just cleaned with petrol then put new standard o rings in.

Yep
Already pulled them apart and they are completely fucked, just a rusted pile of shit inside. The gear casing is ok but the motors are shot. I think I am up for new ones. Actually I know I am up for new ones. Gotta love boats aye, bring out another thousand.

Try ebay.com
I just checked, if you are talking about the rams they are about $150 to $170. Other bits for Lenco Trim tabs are also listed. I find that if I order from the USA the parts generally arrive in about a week, faster than Auspost ex the eastern states. Good luck.
