vodaphone prepaid mobile problems,,

Anybody have any trouble with them ?
I went to make a call the other day and it said i used my credits up ,i knew that was wrong as i hardly ever used it,,
So i brought a new voucher and the message says we are having technical difficultys please hang up and try again,,trying again never helps and get the same message over,,some Indian folks have put me on hold 3 times but i never get to anybody that can help yet and i hang after a while.
If you had a problem did you need to buy a new phone or can they sort it out there end ? cheers,,

Ring them back up and demand
Ring them back up and demand your credits back, They will refund you those credits.
I have had problems with Vodafone before and I have been compensated with bonus credit every time. When you paid for your prepaid credit you paid for those bonus talk minutes, So you are entitled to them one would think.

I have been on hold for over an hour and a half today talking to Indians i can't understand,,they can put the credits where the sun don't shine
(don't think i had much left anyway,not worth bothering about)

Stuff Vodafone!
People been having nothing but troubles with them over here in the east lately. For years i had no problems with them, but this year noting but trouble. Got the shits and went to telstra. Was sick of not having service when all my mates who are with telstra had full coverage. Even got service at the Monte's last year with telstra (Good for ringing up ya mates at work and having a bit of a stir).

I wish Telstra offered handset insurance though, must check if Optus offer it when I come off contract in January.

next generation just for coverage in the bush, as no other service provider can (old cdma) I reckon better be with the devil you know than the one you don't hahah
