What is with littering.
I cannot believe that some people think that is acceptable to go to any place on earth and leave rubbish behind.
Most of our fishing spots are beautiful scenic locations but they are getting trashed by pigs leaving litter behind. I nearly always pick up some rubbish but i find it sooooo disheartening to think that other pricks just throw their rubbish away.......how hard is it to take it home.
I can never understand how people can litter.....were their parents dirty dogs too.....were'nt they educated about right and wrong
You are going somewhere lovely to escape from the world and enjoy some fishing and fun would,nt you like to leave it nice not strewn in empty stubbies, discarded fishing line and dead blowfish.
Im sure all fishwrecked members are innocent......... where the F=+k do these clowns come from.

It starts in Australia's board rooms.
The what's in it for me, someone else will do the other stuff. I see it starting in our board rooms and being broadcast regularly to nightly viewers. It then extends to our driving, car park care of others cars, littering and the list goes on. Texting while you drive. Too many people inwardly focused, no sence of community.
we try to take rubbish home where we come across it.
perhaps the prisoners of our state should be picking/cleaning up areas. The Kwinana freeway where it has bushes is just filthy at present.

Community service
Thats what they do here in Carnarvon, anyone sentenced to community service gets to put on a bright yellow jacket and collect roadside rubbish, mow pensioner lawns, pull weeds and heaps of other jobs in and around town

Go to Dirk Hartog Island.....Went over in my boat and we camped there for 10 days at Whitnell ....shore / beach/inland is covered in broken stubbies and rubbish. Not hard to take your stuff away with you.

Yep I hear you there bro, picked up yet more rubbish on the way in lastnight. I have to pick up other ppls rubbish every time I go for a fish. I have even picked up rubbish that has been left there only metres from a bin, how lazy is that.

If ppl can't respect themselves they have no hope of respecting fellow humans never mind our environment, and I won't even bring up the topic of manners! It disgusts me not hard to CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS ! Be nice if this new generation of ppl had decent parenting! Most prob don't know what respect even means! It sure is a scary looking future for our planet!

Hi Guys, new to the forum and wanted to start with a good fish photo but couldn't resist this topic. I love camping as much as fishing and the two things that shit me the most are plastic bags thrown into the ocean and dirty nappies left at camping grounds.
How much deeper would the ocean be without sponges?

i go for a walk in the evenings with my dogs and i walk along the western side of mandurah estuary, the amount of plastic bait bags bottles and yes kids nappies astounds me.
What sort of dirty bastards are being bread in todays society, when my kids where young and we had them in the boat we put the dirty nappys in a pillow slip and took them home and washed the. It seams to me that everything is made to be chuck away as rubbish for some one else to clean up. Better clarify the nappy bit they were cloth reusable nappies

Went for a walk at the beach at Alcoa in Cockburn sound last week. Saw a condom wrapper, used nappy and beer bottle all beside each other. These people need to be forced to stop breeding.

It beggars belief for me too fellas as I will fill my car with rubbish before littering. It's F$^$&ed I know but we need to accept there are different breeds out there that "Just don't care" I'll never be one of them as I care too much for my natural surroundings. Personally I'd like to dunk their heads in a bucket of shit every time they litter.
