ebay have a few for about $80 or less
if u are in a hurry search for a gland nut wrench - good auto stores/tool stores should have them in stock
often sold by oil filter specilaist stores or hydraulic places - u use em on earthmoving equipment

Ali plate cut like a ping pong paddle with hole in middle, make a stencil 4 self tap screws to same dia as holes in cap ,grind screws so end is flat. Done ! All about saving money these days.
