rip it out before the pain sets in...
have a look on youtube on how to remove hooks , one bloke sticks 3 hooks into his arm well past the barb and shows 3 different ways of getting them out.

Every one should try this at least once (NOT)
Mate I feel ya pain I done it yesty in one side of the finger out the other but the barb was in still had to push it through then cut the barb off then pull the lot back through the lure was about the same size with a full barb the finger is bad cos the nerve endings are all hear.....;(
