Almost... our best Mackie at Gnaraloo

This image was taken in July this year at Gnaraloo. The Mackie took a pink Richter skirt and put up a great fight before being smashed by a big shark two metres from the boat. We guessed a 20k plus fish as the head that remained weighed over 4kgs.

one that size would have been a mouthfull for a shark. looking at the bite mark it looks like it got it from the top
