hey guys,
im up for a new set of tyres on my 1998 td42 patrol... im currently running 285/75/16 cooper st max... I dont really have any problems with that tyre size but I was considering going to a skinnier but slightly taller 255/85/16
I was wondering if anyone here was using that size tyre on a simulator car to mine? & how do you find it.... I do a little 4x4ing in mud, rocks but mainly beach work... was going to go BFG km2 $385ea fitted

If you want to save a bit of money, get them from this guy:

He delivers the tyres to a yard in Welshpool for free. You have to go pick them up and then pay a local tyre guy $10 each to fit them, but you should be able to get those tyres fitted for $310 each.
I got my last set of tyres from him and didn't have any issues.
