Customer service, Oceanside Tackle and Marine

Hi all, just new(ish) in town but just wanted say a big thanks to Ryan and Josh for their great customer service. And to Ryan for going above and beyond good/great service and giving up a few hours of his time.
I now drive to the other side of town for my local tackle shop, it's worth it.

Was also in there yesterday to stock up on some braid and leader. As others have said they're never too busy to lend a hand or just some advice. I'm NOR but luckily my works' store room's 200m up the road :)

its funny that my service was pretty average
luckily they have josh there i only talked to him once and he had sourced the part i had been waiting on for months from the other numpty in a couple of days! well done mate and thanks again

Thanks for the kind words there Geoff and for making the effort to come through, As the same for the rest of those commenting.
Snappermiles, As explained I had tried my hardest with the wholesaler on numerous occassions and even offered to resolve the situation out of my own personal pocket if it would speed up the proccess. Unfortunatley for me the wholesaler was not helping me out. Fortunatley though with Josh's efforts and the aligning of moons the part was sourced. Thankyou for dropping past though.

Yes as Blake just mentioned he tried very hard with snappermiles spare part required. When the Australian wholesaler cant help us out with a part, can give us an ETA and wont strip a reel for that part that's frustrating to all!
After many attempts Blake asked if a part could be taken off a new reel (even after being declined before) and he was even going to pay for it to help out snappermiles situation!
Short version just before Blake went away on holiday he had a verbal with the rep saying this is rediculous and we need a resolve.....after a few weeks it was done so Blake made it happen!
Both Blake and Josh have a great reputation in looking after customers and FW members.......keep in mind we're human also ;)
Thanks Geoff....much appreciated for the kind comments and making the trip across town like many others means we're doing things right
