piced this mac up yesterday about 4 ks out from quindalup in 12 meters of water.wasnt even planning on a fish were just out to take family for a cruise to the cape when i spoted one swimming on the surface ,droped a couple lures out the back and had a hook up within 5 minutes

great effort for sight fishing with the mackies. would have been great to see that one swimming around and then to nail it as well. would have made the day.
just goes to show you should always carry a couple of rods and bits and pieces on the boat even if you dont plan on using them.

there was a dollie frame at the sea rescue ramp near the jetty on monday :) not sure if it was caught here but you never know at the moment .. might have a look tomorrow myself :)

Hope you go alright on friday Liam ,still seam to be a few macs around down here from what im hearing ,had water temps from just over 23 and up to nealy 24 ,not even sure if it were the same fish i seen that i caught as i had moved on a bit from where i had seen one,was lucky i always keep some gear on the boat
