hmm how to find a bore water pump

just bought a house but i cannot find my bore water pump? the previous owner doesnt seem to know either? Im guessing its deep under ground as i cannot hear shit when the sprinklers are on. ive found the main pipe which seems to lead around the rear of the property by the pool. there is a switch on the powerboard on the other side of the property. its works fine now but id really like to know where it is when it breaks down one day? Anyone have any ideas?

thanks, old salt

Find a sparkie that has one

Find a sparkie that has one of those tools for locating electric cables underground before digging. Trace where it runs to. I believe they pick up the magnetic field of a live current. Drop into a large electrical company and try anyhow. Good luck!

 hi rob, havent found ityet

hi rob, havent found ityet snapper has one of those solinoid trackers that sends a signal down the wire for which we can hopefully track back to where i suspect it is located. my guess is its under the new paving the previous owners put down or buried under one of the garden beds they bult up. i just want to know where it is so i can plant a few more trees etc and be able to troubleshoot if it plays up ever, as well as have it serviced from time to time.

Not that I've heard of   bore needs to be registered that's normally done when bore is sunk  No ongoing fee
