Kalbarri Tailor

G'day alll.

Kalbarri was really hard work on the weekend. Very little happening on the bottom and the water was ugly green.

Scraped around for a few decent tailor at Black Rock. A few smaller ones were kicking around Red Bluff and Brownie from the local charter spun up a 79cm from Oysters on Saturday.

Bloody dangerous tho.

Steve, that is a monster tailord. It would get the heart pumping in those dicey conditions, pulling out big daddies like that. I'm sure the trip was worth it, even if the bottom fishing was crap.

Can we expect a LocoTV show on this?

You are keen going out in those conditions after your previous experiences there.

Thanks guys. It was from a combination tailor episode and to test a new popper. That one was caught on a gardie, tho.

We weighed the fish before that which went about 6.8lb but that one was larger.

I wouldn't have fished those conditions if we didn't have to ... actually I probably would have.
