anyone know where i could pick up a 2nd hand navman gps antenna the head unit is a plotter sounder combo unit navman 8084 or know of anyone that could fix the existing unit (needs a new plug attached)

I was quoted $500
for my Tracker 5280 Antenna(I think of memory that is the unit).
I hear that Navman/Northstar is no longer a functioning entity.
But not sure.

the boat shop out in midland can help you out, if its just the plug, get the extention wire that you can get which has the plug, cut it off and join it to the existing wire on the antenna.
its basically the same way i redone my power plug and have had no issues and is alot cheaper than a new antenna.

I got quoted $399 so a new plug might be the way to go i will give the marine shop in midland a go , cheers thanks for the info.
