New dash layout for new boat

Just bought a new boat (I'll post pics once I have some decent ones) but thought I'd post some pics of the new dash layout. The HDS12 Touch is on the dash and the HDS10 is mounted under the T-Top. The plan is to have GPS, Engine Readout and Radar on the HDS10 and Sounder and Structure Scan on the HDS12.

But with all the other components it will be around $12k.
The new HDS12 is up on the lowrance website, theyve just been released and were at the boat show in mandurah. They are touchscreen, no buttons and have the new structure scan built into them.

looks crisp, i just set up hds7 touch + HDS10 gen2 - works really well especially touch screen for gps

Still not sold on touch screen though !
My 587 gets shit all over it from normal use - blood , bait and sea water ! I would be annoyed at cleaning my hands every time I wanted to touch the screen !
Was this a concern of yours Gpants ? - or would it not be that much of a worry for yourself ?

Yeh I'm really messy when I fish, have blood and guts all over me but as I have a new clean boat I'm hoping this will change my habits and I will try and keep clean. Will see how we go.
