Ok I’m pretty sure we definitely can’t go fishing now due to stage 3 restrictions in WA
The government now has the capacity to enforce these restrictions.

So many different things
Coming out ? What’s what ? All I got if your over 60 or have underlying problems stay indoors .If you go fishing it’s like your a convicted pedo at wiggles concert , everyone looking at you . And yet yaks everywhere today ? Over it . Phoned rocko sea rescue today asking what’s the go . Not even going to put response . It wasn’t anything like what most people have posted. Another day of painting for me :) . Be safe.

The govt will make it
The govt will make it perfectly clear when fishing from boats is banned. They will close the boat ramps and advise clubs to do the same. A notice to mariners would also be issued I recon.

Food is essential, thus fishing is a form of shopping. Im going insane in the house so fishing is good for mental health, yak is pedal powered so its great exercise all rules will be adhered to on the yak regarding distancing as im solo, yet if i was to go fishing im considered the devil. I'll head out when it all blows over and enjoy fishing for what it is without having to worry about some flog filming me on their phone so they can post it and puff their chest on social media. In the meantime I'll continue to go to work in stragers homes alongside unknown tradies as anyone with a job is considered essential and no one will bat an eyelid.

It's a moral dilemma maybe do whats good for the public in general and not what feels good for yourself . Myself i'm not waiting for the govt to tell me what to do , plenty to do around the house.

This has been done to death, there will be people who see the bigger picture and those who see what is in front of them. One thing for sure, some people will only see the bigger picture if they are told to by the government, as the rules change people's perceptions will change as well. What could have been done sooner will just need to drag out longer.

The government is using the language it is using to make people think they are taking the big step and not going out. If they say 'you must not' then the select vocal minority will complain that the government is telling us how to live.
Last week i was happy to go out and got some looks while driving down, this week i am happy to spend it at home, or at bunnings, or at woollies or super cheap auto.....
