First catch from a kayak
Submitted by Adam Gallash on Mon, 2012-01-30 13:46I must give it to the kayak folk, you make something which is already hard a lot harder than it has to be. Was down in Cheynes beach 2 weeks ago and managed to get into a few geordies from the yaks, great fun, killed the back though.

Upgraded the boat Today
Submitted by stoman on Wed, 2012-01-25 14:43Hey all,
After much discussion we finally found a boat to upgrade from the old 4.75m Allycraft. Ended up with a 670 Custom Craft Pro Fish (Fibreglass). I think this boat is made by Leeder. Got a little cabin and decent deck space.
Cant wait to get out for a fish, this time out a little bit deeper! Got a 150 Johnno OceanRunner on the back with low hours.
Seems to smash through the chop a lot easier than the old boat, so hanging out to take her for her maiden fishing voyage.
Unfortunately already hired a boat for our exmouth trip next week, so she will be staying at home for now. I hope the cyclone up there doesnt destroy the trip!
Anyone seen or owned a boat similar?
