After no boat for for 6 months... im only 2 weeks away, from hitting the water. Motor gettting fitted this week, a couple of screens to go on the consoles, and she will be game on.

Good nights fishing out at five fathom last night. Caught this snapper 72cm and another that was returned. My son also caught a good king george at 47cm and a nice skippy to go with it. First snapper we've had and hopefully not the last!!

 it looks sos small but it was 33 cms 

Went out with whitey yesterday. Good day was had by all.

 I'm wondering what this is for and what i need to replace it.. its where the first guide would usually be. rod is about 13ft with fuji guides and is for an Alvey reel.

 the weather got better only for a couple of days before more rain got us in may 

25kg mack from Gnaraloo. This one caught by my mate Dave was the largest one landed on the trip two weeks ago. He took a liking to a floating mulie on our newly made stinger rigs. They worked a treat. Still working on the report.

Managed to get out and get a Quick 30 or so casts yesterday afternoon. Headed to the Burswood area and managed to land 3 fish with another dropped.

Biggest went 38cm, so i havent cracked the magical 40cm on an artificial but its getting close, It will only be a matter of time. All fish were landed on 2" Rushcraw with a slow retrieve.

Caught some nice size squid while holidaying up north

Headed up north for the winter to catch up with friends, had a day out crabbing. Managed to pick up a good mixed bag.

Armed with some new found sounder knowledge I managed to find some fish.

Not bad for an hours fishing.

Just going through my pictures from this year and came across this. Was taken at Eco Beach, South of broome in April this year.

Its a great place, with sunsets like this whilst getting onto queenies i wouldnt want to be anywhere else.

For the ID'ers amongst us, doesn't look like it would be too hard to find from the shape of it.

 gotta love it when there is a low in the bight, turns on the weather up north. About 15km out last night
