Autumn River Fishing

High everyone. With the school holidays coming up I was wondering if there would be any good fish for daytime to dusk fishing. While it is cooling down the flathead should be moving out, so I won't be fishing for those. Bream should stay all year round is any suitable spots for them? Also is it worth a shot going for tailor on the Halco Twisty's? If so is there any productive spots for them in the cooler months.
Also for all tailor fishing, what pound leader and what type would you use for river tailor and the north mole. It has been my goal for a while to catch my first tailor and have been trying for a while.

you'll get your bream around pylons and yacht/boat clubs anytime of the year.

if u got a tinnie id be trolling for choppers around the canning bridge area, even so go under the bridge there and cast unweighted mulies off the jetty.

should come across a few in the late arvo.

& dont b surpised if the flattys are still around

i caught my pb flathead at 9pm at night on a peice of mullet on a bream hook under the bridge in pissin down rain lol.

when fishin around rocks such as the mole id b usin 60-80pd leader.

& in the river i dont even use leader just my 4kg mono straight thru to a halco 45 or as mentioned a halco twisty, its good fun on lite gear, it wont hurt to wack some 20pd leader on it i suppose.
