Like to help

Like to help you out, but i do'nt have a spare tinnie at the moment. ( No pun intended, i usualy have a few around  )

But for hiring a boat, you might find out you can't hire them for night time hours. Most don't even have nav lights fitted . Check their conditions of use before if you decide to hire one .

Cheers Grant .

Ive used Boab before - nice

Mon, 2014-02-17 13:01

Ive used Boab before - nice bunch of friendly chaps, all boats (the bigger ones at least) fitted with night lighting and they will lease over nighters. Not expensive if you are two or more - but likely to be tight on stock for this weekend. They can even launch for you if thats preferred?

my bro hired a 6m bowrider

Tue, 2014-02-18 19:30

my bro hired a 6m bowrider from boab with a 135 honda

Bloke triedto ping him for a new prop as the paint had worn off due to be running into some sand apparently. He was concerned about this exact thing and watched the sounder the whole way, didn't go under 1m deep. Reckons someone else took the paint off and the hire bloke just hit it with a bit of spray paint to make it look good pre hire. So be careful if going to hire.
