That's a hooter of a pinky,
That's a hooter of a pinky, probably one of the biggest I've seen. I remeber when I was a kid back in the early 70's my dad and my uncle found a pinky head somewhere in the sound that was 20lb on it's own. That would have been a massive fish intact.
Cheers

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

Nice!
Congrats BunburyYakfisha on a VERY impressive amount of pink!
If you had let him swallow your squid bait you may have had a new WA state record then!
Initially thought you pulled this in from your kayak ( from your name) but the broad - smiled photo puts that thought to rest.
What rod you using, if I amy ask?
cheers

F of the M
No such animal I'm afraid. It's the photo of the month but it's normally a combination of the both that takes it out. Just submit you photo in the competition category, you'll be with a shot I'd reckon.

Great News Guys....This
Great News Guys....
This Snapper in the new Western Australian Recored.... Due to incorrect scales this snapper weighed in at 18.064kg and smashed the current recored.
The snapper was only 300 grams off the Australian recored. The recored is offcial, and was offcialized by John Curtis at AAAWA.
Here is the link to the recored for proof.
