LCD Polarizer Film

I need to fix the LCD display on my jetski and after research i come to the conclusion I can repair it by replacing the LCD polarizer Film? Hardest part is finding the film of reasonable size in Australia. I can get it for IPhones and the like but it is too small. I can also recycle the product but then I need the adhesive. Is anyone able to point me in th eright direction?

Polarised lens is normally
Polarised lens is normally inside the lcd sandwich, not external is it just a coating that's lifting off on the outside?

Its definately the polarize film, either that or the lcd is bleeding. I am going to the tip for a 2nd hand computer. I will use that to check if its repairable and then purchase the film with the adhesive backing.
