Let one of my boys take boat out . When it hit deck coughed up big prawn . Hooks went in prawn back down it went.very silver ,very clean and fat . Flesh was really nice . Chopped frame head up and froze it ,ready to be recycled for crays .

Looks like it was in perfect condition . That is a big prawn , no wonder it went straight back down . Few good meals on that fish

Just st done
Some in beer batter . Salad and chips . Bloody good . More like chicken than fish. I am wasteful no red at all
