Baron Sportsman M260 transducer

Hi all
Has anyone fitted a M260 transducer in a baron sportsman (outboard). Looking at trying to fit in in the rear bilge just off the centreline and was hoping that it was solid glass in that area.

I run a M260 in my Baron. I pick up fish at 20 knots in just about all conditions. Smack bang in the middle about 400mm to the centre of the wetbox from transmon. I will post some pics shortly.

Thanks for that. Pictures would be great.
Have just picked up a Simrad NSS 7 and need to be able to read down to 500m. I currently have a Furuno 620 & P66 which has been great up to 100 but wont even give me depth beyond about 300.
Hopefully the Simrad with the M260 should live up to expectations!

thanks for that, I thought the M260 was big but that r199 is massive.
images on the 295 are awesome, hope the NSS7 can get near that resolution.
