Post Malone Nirvana Tribute
Submitted by Jackfrost80 on Tue, 2020-04-28 11:53Bare with me here as I usually cringe whenever someone sends me a cover of one of my big 5 bands especially when I see that it's some autotune rapper I've never heard of covering none other than Kurt Cobain but the mate that send it is usually on the money. From the minute he jumps into Frances Farmer I was blown away and he absolutely nails School!
Faaarking brilliant!!

Submitted by carnarvonite on Mon, 2020-04-27 13:46Have some movie files that are mp4 and want to convert them to jpeg or similar to allow them to be uploaded on here. They were taken years ago and I had to record them off my laptop screen via mobile phone but the message they show is worth putting up

Drowning Contos
Submitted by timboon on Sat, 2020-04-25 21:59Unsure of the details but its been confirmed two blokes swept off the rocks and were spotted 400 m offshore... They were recovered but unfortunately one of the lads didn't make it...
I haven't heard the term king wave thrown around as yet...
The swell is 3m @ 16 which is getting right up there, a long strong period swell - you'd want to know what you are doing fishing on any granite down here especially when there are rain showers around making the black granite like standing on ice....
Sad to hear the bloke didnt make it...

what goes around
Submitted by Faulkner Family on Sat, 2020-04-18 17:06headed down fishing this morning and forgot my damn bait.
ended up going up to a couple of young guys that were waiting to head out in their tub to see if i could grab a little bit of squid or occy, they only had some prawns but were willing to give me some. even tho thats all they had hoping to convert to bait fish then bigger stuff. before they had left the ramp i managed to nail a few nice gardies . with a 100mtr run up to the ramp i threw them the gardies and said convert these to something bigger, i hope they did as the prawns they gave me turned into 2 dozen nice gardies plus the one i gave to them .
anyone else ever had similar experience

Out of Interest
Submitted by Skull on Thu, 2020-04-16 19:56
Just out of interest how many Collingwood supporters are on fIshwrecked?
There is me of course and I know of a couple of others, Someday Frosty will come out and admit he is one.
I know that some on here will say who cares, but I am just curious,
We could do all the teams if there is any interest and as long as Frosty has something positive to say he can participate.
Will be good to forget about what is going on in the world and throw a bit of shit at each other
And before anyone states this is a fishing site, this is the General discussion forum, so any topic goes. (Well almost)

Sustain 3000 handle
Submitted by Dreamtime on Tue, 2020-04-14 15:20Hey gads just wondering if anyone here could possibly post a link or point me in the direction of somewhere in Australia I might be able to get a decent handle for my sustain 3000fg? It has become the one and only problem I have found with the sustain in that size is the pissy little handle on them which has become a bit annoying when fighting larger fish! I've had a look on eBay and Google but I can't find anything in Australia (I'm a bit of a retard when it comes to the internet) as I can't get anything in from overseas anytime in the near future! Cheers in advance if anyone can help!

Submitted by Willlo on Sun, 2020-04-12 11:49Hi Fella's
Well hopefully when all this covid crap is behind us i am thinking of taking an extended trip around Aussie . I"ve got a 4mtr flat bottom bermuda and wanted to take it with me , i have seen off road trailer set ups with a camper set up on top. Want to be able to detach trailer from camper so ican use each individually. The ones ive researched are from Queensland and look ok , bit exxy tho. Do you guys know of anyone that makes them locally or have any piccies of home made jobs.
Cheers

Unstable 5.1 m ali
Submitted by Postie on Thu, 2020-04-09 13:17My 5.1 m allly craft is very unstable on the water. I suspect that the Honda 75 HP 4 stroke is too heavy for the vessel !!!
Maybe downsize to smaller motor, even to 50 HP two stroke !! Moving from side to side is a big issue. !!
Any suggestions
