furuno 620 problem

Help please, has anyone out there had a problem with their furuno 620? My screen froze and would not respond to any button, would not even turn off. Unplugged power to reset and now only comes up with start up screen and no response from any button.

 first one is reds at steep point 

then we have some grey band and bight red fish ,didnt have the high freq tuned in very well just flicked it over to see if it was showing anything

Only used it once since purchased.  This was on a local spot which had lots of dhuies.  Same 600W Airmar tranny as used with 620.

 These were shots taken from my 620 in Exmouth.  I have sold the 620 and stepped up to 627 just for better pixel count.  Standard Airmar tranny.
