COVID 19 - Please
Submitted by crasny1 on Wed, 2020-04-08 17:17Dear all
Hope we are all on here at the end of this.
Do not take this lightly because of the encouraging figures we have seen.
Please please reconsider all non essential activity during This Easter
You will be protecting your loved ones and us essential worker's in the front line.
I don't believe boating is essential nor is fishing.
Please protect me and other essential services by going over the top to prevent this from spreading.
We can hopefully all survive and fish and party like no tomorrow after.
THIS IS NOT THE TIME.
I STAY AT WORK FOR YOU
STAY AT HOME FOR ME
Doc

New to the site
Submitted by Budge on Mon, 2020-04-06 18:13Hi everyone, I am new to the site and would like to say hello to all the members. i am a keen fisho who has spent most of his time fishing the metro waters, both from shore and from boats. Have done the odd fishing trip away with the boys over the years but it's been a long time between trips and i am itching really bad to get away but i guess with all the recent events it'll be a while now till i can get away. i look forward to learning all the tips and ideas of how many catch their fish and i hope i can contribute with some of my own knowledge of what works and doesn't work for me. take it easy everyone

Right now on 720 in my ute is a footy talk show, come inside and try and find it it's always the digital programs instead of what's on analog?

Suzuki DF90 servicing
Submitted by sea-kem on Sat, 2020-04-04 14:39So I'm gonna have a crack at this since I've got plenty of time on my hands.
I bought a genuine Suzuki service kit online a while ago so want to have a crack.
I'm pretty hands on with most things but looking for a few tips etc and what to look for. Will use Dr Google for youtube vids but always good to get some local advice.
Cheers

Stage Three for WA
Submitted by SeperateKnob on Tue, 2020-03-31 18:32Ok I’m pretty sure we definitely can’t go fishing now due to stage 3 restrictions in WA
The government now has the capacity to enforce these restrictions.
“If you choose to ignore the law, there’s every chance you’ll get caught,” McGowan said. People must stay at home unless shopping for essential items medical or exercising

This advice would definitely set us back
Submitted by SeperateKnob on Sat, 2020-03-28 18:56Surfing the web while sitting around at home and found this article from carsales dated 28 March
Top 10 activities for car nuts in quarantine (part 2)
subtitled Road Trips
Until such time as you’re actually diagnosed with coronavirus, there’s nothing to stop you taking a trip out into the country and visiting places that would welcome you and your money. Unless the whole country goes into lock-down, then revert back to suggestions one through four.
Just make sure that you’re not living beyond your means doing so.
There are so many great places to see and things to do within an hour or so of any capital city in Australia.
Plan your trip around things that you want to do; focus on the car museums or race tracks dotted around the state, or find a lovely scenic drive to enjoy.

Corona Virus
Submitted by Dale on Sun, 2020-03-22 11:18Well it’s strange times we live in, seeing plenty of stories that concern, my wife is a diabetic so she’s at risk. Elderly at risk. Seeing posts this morning where it’s also being transmitted via fuel pumps, so that’s something else to be considered. I’m happy to sit at home, just venture out for alcohol runs. Look after yourselves and your families, and hopefully we all come out the other side in good health.
On a side note, I saw yesterday where Trump said, this virus is killing people who haven’t died before.

Coral Bay
Submitted by Cruise Control on Sun, 2020-03-22 08:50Any news on whether Coral Bay is going to remain open or shutting down during this period of uncertainty. We are booked in on the 16th May but seeing how many places are winding down so as to try and prevent the spread I'm just wondering if the Bay is going to be affected.
