It may be just me but I reckon Glenn McGrath needs to grow a set of balls.

Instead of pandering to social media trolls with a lame apology he just needs say 'yes I enjoy hunting, when I hunted in Africa it was with a licenced and legal hunting operation'.

As for those trolls claiming they'll never donate to his charity because he 'legally' killed some animals , big deal, they've probably never donated anyway.

The real irony here is that these same trolls are probably the same ones advocation clemency for the Bali heroin traffickers, who by the way were peddling human death.

So in at a point in my career where i have some cash to invest 10k in a training course that would almost guarantee employment for the next 10 years. I'm interested in a short intensive course that would lead to an interesting career. Preferably with a little outdoor activity and pays reasonably well. Any ideas???

went for a crab to day , launched at 5 am and crabbed around the ski area (outside) at mandurah out from the Nain street ramp , get got 17 but took us until 11am heaps and heaps of under size and the jennys are starting to show signs of going to berry (and we got some big jennys but threw them back)

Have 100 series Landcruiser TD 2004 and not sure if it needs service etc.

Only ask as don't drive it much and jumped in after driving my other car ( new commodore) into the cruiser and felt that wasn't as cold . All works OK and new belts etc put on a week or so ago .

 hi guys, I need some help with my tld. The anti reverse failed so I got a new dog and spring and replaced them but it still failed. Upon closer inspection the holder of the dog is loose. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to get a whole new side? Thanks in advance. 

For those about to travel north to Carnarvon or further north keep an eye out for roos and goats as well as the usual sheep and cattle.
With recent rain south of town the grass has started growing alongside the road and this is attracting big numbers in to feed.

Had to drive down to Gero last Friday morning and back on Saturday arvo, saw at least 50 roos , 2 big brown bulls, maybe a hundred sheep and what felt like a thousand goats, all between Wooramel and to about 20km south of town

I guess through naivety I had dismissed the cruelty to the dogs and had never thought much more about it...

They reckon half of WA went and seen the Giants on the weekend, both my kids volunteered for it and were part of the blue shirt team keeping the idiots at bay. Me and the cook went up yesterday afternoon/evening and saw it. Kudos to the PTA for sorting out transport, our train back was surely overloaded, but it hauled 8 odd carriages without an issue. The event was surely quite spectacular, would have been a good day on the water today as they headed back to Henderson to get packed away. 5.4 million to bring them here, sure I would go and something like that again.

Now the family is growing and tent camping is going to put a hand brake on I was thinking about investing in some happiness for the missus which will mean me getting away more.

Looking at a small little pop top van that has off road ability.

I know Jayco make shit loads but not sure what model is what I am after.

Really it will only be used for sleeping in as we already have an awesome camp shelter that we'll spend our days in.

my hummingbird 799ci crashed on me and I lost all my gps spots , its up and working again fine, does any guru out there know how I can recover my gps spots or are they gone forever (not that I caught any fish on them )putting a compass on the boat now as we were about 70km of shore when it happened so well out of site of land , I lost all my tracks as well which I use to get home and wasn't sure which way was home , got lucky when a rec boat went past and I decided to follow him in modern technology is a good thing until it dies . Back in the day I did everything with a map and compass bearings, it was bit of a wake up call for me to not depend on my electronics . And yes I know I could have used the sun as a guide

thought I was being smart when I told my offsider to use the pot winch to pull up the anchor , "will save your back I said" he said "gee that's better than hand pulling it" did it 3 times and then lost my 270 dollar Rockna anchor as the I didn't notice the winch was shredding the anchor rope , seems anchor rope and cray pot rope are very different , if any diver finds a rockna anchor in 30 meters about 3 km behind coventery reef its mine please return it to its rightful home
